At Acoustic Remedy we are not just committed to providing the best customer service in the industry...the existence of our company depends on it.
Many of our customers order directly from the website, and today's consumers are accustomed to "finding their own way" around a website in order to find the product or service they need. However, Adam and I absolutely love helping our customers and we look forward to hearing about all of the cool guitars that our customers seek to protect.
Many people are surprised that when you dial the numbers on our website, your call goes directly to our personal cell phone..and the person on the other end of the line is one of the two owners of the company. At Acoustic Remedy we don't consider our customers to be "consumers", we see them as friends and fellow music enthusiasts.
Of course, Adam and I love to think that it is our personal touch that keeps folks coming back year after year, but I suspect that a major reason that nearly half of our sales are attributed to returning customers is that our products work better than advertised, our craftsmanship is head and shoulders above the rest, and the aesthetics of our products combined with the beauty of the instruments is so compelling that our friends just can't help but to come back for more.
